Be Humbly Happy on Hope Isle in this vibrant 4-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow that sleeps 12, featuring a king bed, four queen beds, and a pullout sofa! Enjoy all the treasures of Savannah while staying just 5 minutes from Wormsloe Plantation, 15 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from Fort James Jackson. With an adorable front porch and a large fenced-in backyard, you'll never want to leave. We provide both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to host you!
The Space:
The main entrance to the home is through the front porch, which has a keypad for a contact-less entry! As you enter the home, you will see the cozy living room with two sofas, a large tv and three stools at the breakfast bar. There is even a queen pull-out couch in the living room! From there, you'll see a large kitchen equipped to meet all of your cooking needs! Off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 or more on the bench seating!
There are four bedrooms in this house; two off the living room and two off the dining room. One room in the front has a queen, the other has two queen beds. One room in the back has a king, the other has a queen. All of the rooms have ample closet space for you to store all of your belongings during your stay!
You'll also find the laundry room in the back of the home. Past the laundry area is the back patio where you'll find a charcoal grill, chairs and tons of space for everyone to spend time together!
Guest Access:
You will be able to enter the home via a keypad at the front door. The code will be given to you at check-in.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in a residential area on a large lot away from the street. Here, you can enjoy all that Savannah has to offer and some peaceful tranquility 1

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Summary: The location was absolutely perfect! 10 minutes from downtown Savannah and about 22 minutes from Tybee! Communication with the property manager was wonderful. From before our trip to during. Response time was really good! The house itself is really nice as well. However, it does have an extreme musty smell to it. Upon entry it’s something you can smell right away. You can tell they’ve worked hard to do several updates but the smell is very strong. There was also (very) visible mold in the bathroom that is located on the right side of the house. It’s on the ceiling near the vents, around the small window and along the base of the bath tub. The water to fill up the bathtub wasn’t working either. (Wouldn’t come out of the middle faucet) I had to run a bath for my daughter my using the shower head. Not a huge deal, I made it work, but just thought I’d let others know as it’s the only tub in the house. We also didn’t have any internet/TV the entire time we were there. I stayed in constant contact with them but unfortunately nothing could be done. We made the most of it though. Overall, it was a good stay. Enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. New washer and dryer. Would probably book again but would like reassurance that updates were made that would get rid of the musty smell along with fixing the faucet in the bathroom.
