The Space:
The main entrance to the home is through the front porch, which has a keypad for a contact-less entry! As you enter the home, you will see the cozy living room with two sofas, a large tv and three stools at the breakfast bar. There is even a queen pull-out couch in the living room! From there, you'll see a large kitchen equipped to meet all of your cooking needs! Off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 or more on the bench seating!
There are four bedrooms in this house; two off the living room and two off the dining room. One room in the front has a queen, the other has two queen beds. One room in the back has a king, the other has a queen. All of the rooms have ample closet space for you to store all of your belongings during your stay!
You'll also find the laundry room in the back of the home. Past the laundry area is the back patio where you'll find a charcoal grill, chairs and tons of space for everyone to spend time together!
Guest Access:
You will be able to enter the home via a keypad at the front door. The code will be given to you at check-in.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
